Yoona Data Protection Policy

Using the Yoona.ai allows the client to upload sensitive data onto an individual platform. Every

platform is strictly separated from the other platforms, thus no other client technologically has

access to another client’s data.

The uploaded data is stored on Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Google Cloud Platform. Both

Services are based in Europe under the regulations of European General Data Protection

Regulation (GDPR; Regulation on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing

of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC),

which conforms to the German Datenschutz-Grundverordnung (DSGVO).

Die Nutzung von Yoona.ai ermöglicht es dem Kunden, sensible Daten auf eine individuelle

Plattform zu laden. Jede Plattform ist streng von den anderen Plattformen getrennt, so dass kein

anderer Kunde technologisch Zugriff auf die Daten eines anderen Kunden hat.

Die hochgeladenen Daten werden auf Amazon Web Services (AWS) und Google Cloud Platform

gespeichert. Beide Dienste stehen in Europa unter den Bestimmungen der europäischen

Datenschutz-Grundverordnung (GDPR; Verordnung zum Schutz natürlicher Personen bei der

Verarbeitung personenbezogener Daten, zum freien Datenverkehr und zur Aufhebung der

Richtlinie 95/46/EG), die mit der deutschen Datenschutz-Grundverordnung (DSGVO) konform ist.
